With 12+ years of experience in the Civil Engineering industry, Mike applied his construction, engineering, and planning knowledge to the Real Estate Development game. Mike has a creative mindset and vision that allows "out-of-the-box" concepts come to life through rigorous planning efforts. A resident of the Atlantic City Inlet with his partner Caroline and cat Mini, Mike also serves on the Atlantic Cape Inlet Advisory Committee.

Nick has tapped his 17+ years of Executive Management expertise and business mindset to make MPMB into a pronoun. Spearheading marketing campaigns that has brought on new investors, finding off-market projects ripe for investment, and driving a project from concept to reality are just a few of the tools in Nick's arsenal. A recent father, Nick lives in NJ with his lovely wife Nicole and twin sons Leo and Evan.

Nick & Mike started MPMB in 2016 with the acquisition of a small 15x69 land parcel on Congress Ave. Since then, the brothers have acquired, sold, and developed over a dozen properties in NJ and PA. MPMB currently focuses on residential and commercial development in Atlantic City.
